Cold Showers

    For those of you who take cold showers approximately how cold are they? I know its hard to give an exact temperature but do you turn it on the coldest setting? Sometimes in the morning there is not motivation to take cold showers so I just take lukewarm showers and I feel like I am cheating myself. Let me know.

    Thanks for replying! Yeah It takes a lot of will power for me to go into a cold shower but hopefully I can learn to force myself because I know there is tons of benefits and it feels great. I just have one more question how long do you take it for?
