    Hey people, I'm not a native english speaker, but I want to try because I need help. I'm dating a girl and we're probably going to have sex this weekend. I want to do it with her but I'm with a low libido and few erections because of porn, I didn't watch porn in 1 week because I'm new at this. I can do a lot of things but maybe she will be frustated if I don't have a good erection or if we don't have penetration xd, what do you recommend me to do?

    I'm in the same situation and it's given me a strong resolve to break free of this addiction once and for all. I've explained that I have had issues with getting hard in the past (true) and that it's down to performance anxiety (partly true). I haven't talked to the girl I'm dating about PIED yet, but intend to explain my situation to her this weekend. We've got to know each other pretty well and formed quite a strong connection. I think she'll be understanding, but either way, given the recovery will take more than just a week or two, I need to be honest with her.

    I'm going through this too and even though my dick doesn't have any problems on the first round but I usually tend to lose erection during the course of the second and worse on the third
