Hello everyone, I am 21 years old, I have been using porn for about a year, but I have been masturbating for almost 4 years.

Porn has a great influence on my life. The biggest influence is to reduce my willpower. When I masturbate, I will become very lazy in the next few days. I don't want to do anything.

I have been trying to give up masturbation for so many years, but I have never succeeded.

I have a very important exam at the end of this year. My recent state is very bad. If this continues, I will probably mess up the exam.
