Help getting through

Hi, I have lied to my wife about slips with porn and she is ending it and says she doesn't love me because I lied. I should have been honest but I failed. I have let her down, I love her so much. Right now I just could use any advice on not sinking into it after hearing this, just for me so I can still be someone. It is hard because I feel so low but I want to be a better man than she thinks I am. I am seeking out help but right now i just want to be with our kids and for someone to help.

 

I know that I need to reconnect with my slaa group, I have a counsellor who I am seeing this week. I allowed it back in, we had been going to counselling together but she will not go now. I was in denial but she thinks I planned to lie. I am just desperately in love with her I haven't stopped being.
