Right now even though I don’t want to fap. My thoughts about it are coming. It’s because I’m doing good and I feel good and I don’t want to mess up. So I am extra afraid to, therefor I am thinking of it extra. You can kind of think of it as an intrusive thought.

I just had a small urge from my intrusive thoughts and basically I have two main questions.

1.) Does thinking about something sexual count as relapse?

2.) When I was trying not to think about the sexual thing I noticed my dick was having a sensation. I tried to move it around in there but for some reason I just kept it in the spot it was in for literally a millisecond. I wasn’t trying to get pleasure (and I didn’t) but I feel like I should’ve moved it and I didn’t.

Is any of that a relapse above?

I didn’t get a boner at all but I feel like the thoughts aroused me combined with the way my thing was positioned in my pants.

You can't help but think about sexual things, so don't blame yourself for that. You do, however, want to force those out of your mind as quickly as you can, as letting them linger is dangerous. I would not count that as a relapse. If you're really trying to change your thought life and you're sitting there thinking about something sexual for an extended amount of time, then maybe you could call it a relapse. It's your call.
As for your second point, I'm not quite sure what you mean. If I'm understanding you right, I wouldn't call that a relapse, but I'd just be cautious about messing with your wang too much.
    Good luck!

let’s say also, if you are familiar with ocd that is, you have ocd thoughts and you feel the need to think of something multiple extra times.

and it triggers you but you stop

it’s not initially a craving to have sexual thoughts but it’s ocd and intrusive it becomes a trigger after thinking about it.

    Is that a relapse?

I think it depends on your goals then. I will say that fantasizing, especially a lot of it, will undoubtedly be detrimental to you. You're trying to fix your brain, get it off of sexual cravings and let it heal. Fantasizing is going to give your brain the dopamine hit it wants. I can see how you could call that a relapse if that's a standard you want to go by. If you want to be more legalistic and just call it a relapse for PMO, that's fine too.
Obviously, if OCD or other circunstances come into play, give yourself some grace. And you'll probably know deep down if the fantasizing was a result of that or your own willingness to participate.
    Good luck.
