Is it allowed to look at my real female friends and their FB photos which cause erection?

    I'm doing hard mode. I was planning to keep flatline as much as I can until I finish 90 days or more. I don't want to watch porn and masturbate for the rest of my life.

    I have friends which I really like and when I look at their faces and dressed bodies, I have erection. When it happens I stop and try to think about something else. If I try not to have erection, I'm not sad when I succeed with it (with not having erection), because it's something I want and I stict to the plan. That's why it's one of my conditions during reboot. But that's a problem when I have a period of time without any ED. Do you think I'm too strict for myself?

    It's my 17th day and I don't want to fail.

    Personally, I have found strictness is the key to success. Our intentions are also important to consider. If you look at certain people on Facebook because they arouse you sexually, they are substituting for porn i.e. a p/sub. :oops: So ask yourself, why do I look at their pictures? What are my motives? Therefore, I would encourage you to stay strict during the reboot. :cool:
