    Hi everyone,
I have been trying to NoFap do for about 1 year now. I have never gone no PM for more than 14 Days (My record), since i started tracking. My most recent streak is 12 days, which ended today. I was very horny and couldnt control myself mentally, not to do it. I always relapse because i somehow came to pornographic content (not on purpose), a few days before watching porn. During the 12 day streak i was pretty solid on not viewing pornographic content, I always avoided it.
What can I do to hold my NoFap streak for more than 2 Weeks?

If I may add: the power of the mind grows stronger the longer you refrain from pmo. You already have strong willpower for doing 14 days, which not many people can do. I'm sure you feel more energetic mentally and physically even after the first week of no pmo. Now imagine when you continue towards 30,60 or 100 days of no pmo. You will experience a whole new level of life and what you have been missing while you are pmo'ing. What I'm saying is the longer you refrain the better it gets. It may not feel like it on some days. But there are people on this forum who can vouch how amazing it feels to not have pmo a part of their lives.

You are the one who decides what future you want. All these people can help and guide you but the choice is still yours to make.

I really wish you the best of luck on your journey. I hope that your gather the motivation and will power hidden inside of you to overcome pmo once and for all.
