Loneliness problems

    Hi, I'm an 18 years old guy. I suffer from a depression for a long time and I feel lonely. I doing better than before but there's days that I feel terrible again. I have never had a relationship in my life, or even kissed a girl or have sex. I masturbate 3 to 4 times per day and I think I may need some help.

    Welcome to the Nofap-community.
    Your words sound sad to me. These words remember me on the suffering being in your age. I always was a lone traveller and had no relationship with anybody. A lot has changed in my life and so it will happen to you. Be patient. Getting rid of addiction will be helpful.
    The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    Maybe you want to make some commitment - not to the community but to yourself.
    The community will support you. There is always hope. Heartaches can turn into joy.
