Ive been a porn addict for 20 years and every time I do hard more I failed miserably as after around 2 weeks I'm starting to get crazy withdrawal symptoms which leads me to some perverted acts and almost unable to cope socially with people. Since I have a allowed myself to M but only when my arousal level is at its peek I allow myself to M, which is about 2 to 3 times in a month. I have not been having the need to look at porn and this works for me the best. But I admit I feel more stable between my ears the longer I go without M, but I just don't have the strength to do that. So I am just content with being P free.
But what works for me doesn't have to work for you.
