Great you keep going, list is updated. We may slip, we may fall,
but we never give up.
I had a wondeful, insightful yet challenging retreat. Was for ten days in silence, cut off from civilisation, doing Vipassana, meditating 10 hours a day . All to come out of misery hehe.
Let‘s keep going and grow in understanding and strength.

@Azad335, I checked: You were going for 200, there was no check in between July 1 and July 22. In this time you were taken off the list which means you would need to start again according to the rules. We can take July 22 as starting day 200. Let me know if that‘s ok for you and I put you back on list going for 200.
