I actually been off the net for a week and this has worked by I did slip on Sunday. So today is day 4/21 for me.

Relapsed on Wednesday but I’m on day 1 again.

Day 6 today.
My urges/libido has gone down significantly these past two weeks. I was worried in the beginning, but i am glad the situation has been how it is and am hoping to keep it under control for as long as i can.
