Relapsed got to start again

 

Day 3 down and I'm starting to feel pretty motivated in most things

 

Day 3.

 

Day 1 had sex over the weekend. I'd feel guilty but when its on offer.

 

6/7...almost there.

 

Def nothing wrong with that in my opinion! As long as it’s not porn induced MO!

 

Completed a 30 min. walk today which helped tremendously. Tomorrow morning will be 1 of 7.

There's a huge difference to this streak.... I've done the hard work and I can feel similar feelings to what I did the last time I went many consecutive days. This IS a great thing that's happening. You all are going to love this streak as well.

...But really it was! Keeping oneself busy definitely helps and my recent membership to this site just so happened to coincide with my renewed effort to get in shape, so less time @ the house.
