Day 0/7. First attempt at NoFap lead me to 8 weeks of triumph. Since than I haven't broken past a week. This marks the start of a new beginning, I will reach 90 days. See you tomorrow, and than on the 14 day challenge.

Hola a todos, ando con el traductor de ingles , espero q este alguien español por aqui , no entiendo muy bien como funciona la pagina... le he dado que si al reto y bueno ando en mi dia 2 , a mis 32 años pienso q es hora de superar esto. Ahora solo tengo q esperar a sumar dias pero en cuestion de la web tengo q hacer algo mas? saludo a todos

Day 1 done.

 

Starting again from 0.
I had a two wonderful days, i was in full control and then I saw just one normal profile foto and allowed myself to enjoy in the beauty of that face. At the beginning it seemed to be totally okay and out of the risk, but no, it was a "trap" like many times before.

 

Day 7/7. 8 hours left, maybe, not 100% sure. Feels good.
