    i am doing no PMO, getting decent streaks, just relapsed today but had a 44 day streak

    44 day streak =/= 7 months of NoFap

    7 months since i started nofap, i made streaks as up as 47 days since, and as low as 15-16 days, unlike before nofap i used to wank 2 times a day
    i should have at least felt some improvement, but i dont, my anxiety and depression only increased since i started

    Ok I'm sorry I thought you said straight 7 months!!! Now I understand,please try atleast to do 90 consecutive days at least and check if you can't see any benefits but, even at 30 days or more you should have noticed some few of them.

    other question need to be ask:
    1.hows your daily routine? did you do video gaming,social media these kinds of stuff which also stimulate your dopamine in a bad way
    2.do you eat healthy?
    3.do you get enough sunlight,exercise regularly
    4.do you sleep right

    i play video games daily but not too much
    i dont use social media anymore, at all
    i eat very good, salads, fruits, healthy sandwiches, plenty of water no juices
    i get at least 30 minutes a day of sun and workout once every 2 days, i also swim
    i have a hard time falling asleep, flooded with emotions and thoughts, sometimes i take 2 hours to fall asleep and its really depressing, i sometimes can sleep 10 hours without alarm clock and sometimes i can sleep 6 hours falling asleep in 1 am and suddenly waking up at 7 naturally, feeling tired all day long

    What benefits were you looking for? Just anxiety and depression?

    i was hoping to feel better, more energy, less depressed, more motivation, the fact is i didnt get any of those

    You may need to keep going on a streak, 47 days isn't always enough.
