    Hello everyone, i practice semen retention to be disciplined and have a clear & motivated life. it started as a way to get over porn & sexual compulsivity but now i quite like the spike in energy.

    anyways, im doing hard mode no PMO and last night i was having sex and my partner is not doing no PMO so obviously i am trying to get her to orgasm and i heard sex without orgasm ( for myself) can be good for you ( like “karezza”)

    so, as she’s orgasming i tried my best but i started to orgasm so i pulled out and stopped myself. id say i had like 1/4 of an actual orgasm.

    should i restart my timer or do you think im okay on this journey? i just wanna be honest to you people and say with a whole heart im trying my best :)

    Dude, if you are doing hard mode No PMO then you should restrain from all kind of sexual activities be it online or in real life. If you have a partner you should do simple No PMO because you have to think about her sexual needs as well. If you wanna continue hard mode you should talk to your partner. It will be better if you reset your counter bujt if you dont want to that's okay but you definately need to change your goals if you wish to continue to engage in healthy sexual activities. All the best man. Keep up the good fight.
