    Seriously never thought of “relaxing the pelvic floor.” May be some merit—worth a try. As many tools in the box as needed, right?

    Be curious if anyone else tries and sees success.

  6. Have you ever wondered why woman at the top helps men last longer than man on top? When you lie on your back and relax your pelvic floor muscles relax. I was taking drugs for sex but now I don’t. I let her be on top and I relax. It works well. I last long in second rounds. If you get rid of PMO stress and avoid porn all these problems vanish.

    I will try it out, thanks for the info! Although i will not do PMO, but hopefully after a long streak of no PMO + these excercises the results might happen faster

    Its all in your brain mahn.... Believe me.... My condition was worser than you.... I no fapped for 4 days and during the fifth day i got advice from my superhero (thats what i like to call him)from nofap forum that he was also having my same problem and it took him 2 months of nofap to recover.... Thats killed my anxiety.... It gave me power.... And the 4 day nofap gaves me back my libido(You cant maintain errection means you are not getting continuous libido... It is not venous leak dont fall into that trap)... On my fifth day when i was watching a errotic scene from a movie i got a wood and i stood up to check whether i can maintain it or not... Luckly i was able to maintain for 4 min... (To note out a problem... I have to continuesly watch those scenes to maintain my libido to maintain my errection).... I think porn is the culprit as i am only getting libido watching it.... I had tried so many no faps before but anxiety about maintaining errection kills it... Now i can do that because of my advice from my superhero..... So i write this because i would also like to be a superhero for you all

    Doctors are right.... They knew about it... Its in your head... But they dont know how to treat that problem... NoFap can help you get back your libido.... Libido is the main culprit..... Even if you think you have libido it is not the real one... It is the fake one created by your brain... Real libido is different.... Try to get it through nofap or through mind control.... You can surely get your errection.... I got mine in just 5 days
