Can't maintain erection/orgasm without Porn

Hello folks. I'm a 23yo dude who's been fapping to porn since ~11 years old. I started not using porn+nofap 2 weeks ago, but I had 1 relapse 1 week ago. Anyway, today I tried to fap without porn, and after about 5 minutes my dik pretty much died. I had my bloods done, went to an endo, she said everything is fine.

I've been suffering from this for years. Last 2 relationships I had were over 3.5 years ago, and even then I struggled sometimes to get an erection, keep it, and I never came during sex(and I had sex over 200 times with just 1 chick). One of the reasons I didn't bothered finding a chick anymore, cuz, whats the point of sex if I can't cum? Also, whenever a chick would wanna fuk me, I'd back off because of the fear of not getting my dingo hard.

I eat quite healthy, I work out, problem is I'm pretty much an alcoholic(I drink every night 4-6 500ml beers, this has been going for over 3-4 years).

What do you think? Could not using porn+nofap for a long period of time cure me?
