  1. Today I'm on day 21 of my journey. I'm still experiencing the affects of a flatline with today the major symptom being brain fog. I did figure out that if I strictly follow my diet and sleep schedule these symptoms become less volatile. For some reason I find myself missing porn, and my brain flashes scenes that I remember watching trying to get me to "watch them one last time", surprisingly though I've been able to catch myself. Even more suprising is how well I'm doing today, usually I relapse on day 21, and its generally one of the hardest days for me, but I feel surprisingly in control, I wonder what changed.

  3. Sorry bro unfortunately I decided it would be a good idea to stay up last night and when my friend left I relapsed. Thankfully I didn't binge but I lost that streak. I'm not angry though because I learned a lot because of that streak and I've already started to make changes to my life to make sure I don't make the mistakes I made last streak, while also keeping the positive things that helped me last streak. I'll also start a journal here to record my progress because I feel like it has a positive affect.

    Brother, My warm hugs and wishes to you. Its good that you didn't binge, but still there is chance of getting in to trap , as per my experience, so be alert. I am glad that you realized benefits and willing to start again, that too with a journal. All the best .

  5. Unlucky with the relapse, 21 days is great progress and as long as you don't binge then your body will still be benefitting. Get straight back up and dust yourself off.
