Day 55+ feel shit, demotivated

    It's my 3rd time reaching past day 50. The longest streaks I've had were 62, 60, and 42. Each time, I had brain fog between days 30-40 which always cleared up and I felt amazing afterwards.

    This time [DAY 56], I had some fog at day 35. Around day 46, I fell really sick and still recovering at the moment. BUT... I'm still in brain fog and it's much worse than before.

    I feel depressed, demotivated, loss of libido and sex drive, loss of social drive. I'm dating a hot woman for past few months and I dont wanna have sex with her anymore. There is nothing wrong with her, but I'm losing my feelings towards her. And not only her but women in general. My work performance has dropped. I'm getting bored of things I normally enjoy. I'm flopping constantly on social events and ditching my friends.

    Wtf is happening?
     
  2. well I don't know how bad your PMO addiction was. It sounds like you're going through periods of withdrawals. There are things you can do to supplement your reboot such as cold showers, exercise , and other healthy stressors to forward progress. Make sure you're not engaging in other escape behaviors/addictions as well, such as, Eating junk food or nicotine.

    I workout daily and jump in the cold plunge (5C water). Have been eating clean for few years, less than 60g carb/day. Past 3 months, I quit 90% of my addictions and no longer crave them: TV, games, smoking, excessive chilling, caffeine, social media.

    I never had this problem before on nofap. I always felt uplifted and liberated past day 40. But now I feel totally shit.

    I was on pmo for 21 years!

    I'm on day 35 feeling the same way as you are.. I guess this will take longer than we think. It's best to just hang in there and never pmo again

    Day 70, still feel like shit. No improvement.
