I usually have it one per day. But sometime it can be a series and it trigger a panic attack.
I partially know why I have this issue but there isn't much I can do. Last time I checked it wasn't the bad kind of skipping beat. Nevertheless it's scary when it happens.

Do you have it? How do you deal with it?

  2. Hello. I do have this quite a bit and it seems to only happen when I drink alcohol a lot.

Are you experiencing a lot of anxiety with them?

I doubt I'm allowed to give any medical advice on here but you might want to look into magnesium deficiency and see what you find.

I've looked for everything and it's just the way it is. Sometime it's better, sometime it's worse. I've cut off all alcohol and coffee since I got those.

But I wanted to see how people could deal with that psychologically.

I get like this with my anxiety. The thing with anxiety is, you get used to having it until you dont even realise you are anxious. May be worth considering.

  6. I've had periods with heavy pain on my chest. That always happened after a relapse what gives huge inner tension.

I know about heart skipping. Personally I believe it's a result of too much inner tension.

If you feel somewhere you need to talk about certain things, then I would like to advice to talk to a therapist or something.

Realise that porn is one of the things that creates huge inner tension. Another good reason to stay away from it.

But just being online too much can cause serious issues as well.

What does your doctor says about it?
