    Whats up people?

Wishing you all a great reboot and recovery. Glad we have this platform to share with each other and get through some of the problems P gave us. Something I have been wondering is, if porn kills libido/sex drive? I am a 22 year old male. After working on myself for some time I can get erect and have sex and O fairly easily with a woman now as long as Im attracted. My issue is, it almost seems like I don't care to pursue sex and my drive is not very high like I believe It should be at my age (like my friends and others). Anyone else have this problem? I am thinking about maybe seeing a Doc to check hormones although I do not believe that is the case as I get erections all the time, build muscle fairly easily, still get acne, etc.

Your testosterone is almost certainly fine. The answer to your question is "absolutely yes." Porn can not only kill your libido, but also increase your arousal threshold (what it takes to become aroused). In your case, you will start to see a return in libido the longer you abstain from porn.

I have no doubt that porn isn't helping you
I'm much older than you and I wish I had stopped looking at porn when I was your age, for myself my life could have been better without it

  4. My attraction to my wife became much stronger after I quit, and the sex is better. Everyone's drive is different, so don't worry about that. In my experience, no one is ever actually getting as much as they claim to be anyway. I personally enjoy not constantly thinking about sex like I was when watching porn regularly. There's way more to life anyway!

Thanks for all the responses men. I appreciate it! Porn definitely is the culprit more often then not. I think the ways I get aroused or in the mood are skewed pretty bad because of it.
