It depends on what you consider to be a relapse, your counter says no PMO so you need to set yourself a baseline on what you conciser to be a relapse.

How I like to judge myself is, did I intentionally look up P, or did it just pop up and I stared at it for a few seconds. For me that's not a relapse as I simply had a moment of weakness, which wasn't intentional. When it comes to edging (masturbating without orgasm), for me that is an immediate relapse, as it usually lasts for a few minutes and messes a lot with my dopamine levels etc.

Now it's not necessary to use my or anyone else's exact guide, but rather to draw inspiration and knowledge from what people's goals are and see how you can apply it to your own set goals. So it's entirely up to you, just remember to be honest with yourself, you can deceive others but not yourself. Good luck!
