How long should I do it for beginner

    Hey guys I am new to nofap so I would like to know what is a reasonable goal for a beginner like me I currently chose to do 95 days. Is this a little too much?

    It is difficult to say as you haven't said anything about your issues with masturbation and pornography. You have to open up if you want specific advice mate. :)

    I am not really addicted to pornography I have been off that for a few month now, but it is masturbation that is hard to stop and you can always look at my counter thing.
