    Hey today is my day 7 of NoFap and today I saw the girl whom like and love to talk to her we never talk face to face
    And in the past few months she stopped talking to me due to my overthinking she doesn't talk to me anymore

    And today I saw her but not found courage enough to talk to her

    I am feeling very bad and I don't know how to behave

    I want to talk to her but don't know how

    Sorry I'm not clear what you need a suggestion for, how to talk to a girl who won't speak with you? If I was in the position of liking a girl who didn't want to speak with me, I would just try and move on. Plenty of fish in the sea.
