    Hi guys,
I was addicted to mastrubation. I have been mastrubating for the last the last 14 years daily multiple times atleast 4 or 7 times a day. I have started to nofap after 14 years. I don’t get erections. Will I ever get erections rock hard. I am having pain everyday in my balls and penis. Also at times I feel arouse and something is happening in my penis but it is not standing at all. It’s just hanging. Also I am on the 10th day of nofap. Please help me guys...

Thank you for your reply bro. Is it serious bro. Is it a must I need to visit a doctor or are these regular signs while nofap.

  4. Ben Thomas. Do not be alarmed. Instead continue this NoFap journey. It sounds like you have consumed too much porn and masturbated in excess. If you abstain from porn use and masturbation, your sensitivity will come back and you will get erections again. Please watch the Ted Talk - The Great Porn Experiment by Gary Wilson. It talks about ED and a wide range of other issues. I think you will find it very informative. I say push on brother but you need to take a break from masturbation and definitely would recommend quitting porn altogether.

I have the same issue as you, and i hope abstaining PMO will increase my potency. But regarding the pain in your groin maybe you should check up if it doesent go away.
