Not if it was an accident. Just be carful, sounds triggering

 

I think you're ok so long as you hold yourself to your goals. Be strong, be prepared to be unprepared.

 

Be careful, when starting a streak, I find I'm very susceptible. No need to make things tougher than they are. Stay away from triggers.

As the other fapstronauts said here, do not play with fire. It is definitely not a relapse, but the images you saw might have planted dangerous triggers in your subconscious, waiting to show up when you feel low and you're at your lowest. Just be careful and stay awake. Good Luck

 

It doesn't seem like a relapse to me. But to prevent this mental dilemma, go back to what your goals are. Do you have specific, objective measures for what constitutes success and failure? You don't want to be in a situation where you have to ask others whether you failed or succeeded. That's for YOU to decide!

 

Question: When you decided to check it out, in the back of your mind was there a faint hope or desire of seeing something sexual or enticing? Even if your answer is "yes" I do not consider it a relapse.
But be careful. It can be a road to relapse.

 

Did the sex scene in the video completely surprise you? Were you absolutely 100% not expecting it?
If so, then you learned that video games can also put you into situations that are unhealthy or tempting for you.
If you are not surprised it was there, or you were somewhat expecting it, then you have to make some serious decisions about video games. Some are just a substitute for porn. And watching or playing games that include sexual situations will not help your recovery. Just my opinion.
