I've been using nf companion for not than month now... And now I see some life.. numbers... In the last 38 days I've relapsed 65 times... I had a couple of times 3 days steak.. But that's about it.. According to your opinion is this too much? Any thoughts or questions you might have? I mean at this point I'm left without any energy at all to anything else Of course I'm writing this after my 3rd relapse today...
H..how do you relapse three times in a day? How much times do you have? I think what you really need is to be in a new environment where you dont have access to porn. I got a job that keeps me busy all the time and i havent relapsed since. If you keep yourself busy with important matters, porn will fade from your priorities. And to answer your question, yes, that is way too many relapses. But you will learn to control it in time.
It sounds to me like your not committed to NoFap or maybe you just gave up or maybe you just don't have strategy's in placed. I want to see you get past this. Do your absolute best to avoid urges and shoot for a small goal of 2 days.
I'm sorry to say this, but I just can't allow myself to fully believe that your heart is in stopping. If it happens three times in one single day, then if you're being completely and brutally honest with yourself, I think you'll find that you're not seriously trying. I'm absolutely NOT trying to insult or bash in any way, just being honest.
Clearly you haven't taken any serious steps to curb the behavior. Have you installed filters/blocks that you don't have the passwords to? I'm guessing not. Have you involved any other real, flesh-and-blood people in your struggle or shared with them about what you're going through? If you're trying to do this on your own with an unfiltered internet connection, you will most likely never recover.
So let me ask you this then: Exactly what steps are you taking to improve? (And please be very specific.)
You didn't relapse 65 times. You relapsed once. You just jerked off to dead flesh as per your routine. Go away for 30 days. No internet. No social media. No news. Come back and tell us how you changed your life.
drop these statistics. forget about the past. just live in present. one day at a time. start it right after reading this post.
