    Hi, I have a doubt ! If one is on a hard mode and he has a wet dream, can we consider it as relapse or not ? Because, one way or another, it is ultimately an ejeculation !

    No. Wetdreams is not a relapse mate. You have to ejaculate someway to keep your semen number balenced. Wetdreams is fine. For me once in about 10days is good. If you have it every 4-5 days or less then you may want to use yoga or different underwear or sleeping position.
