    I notice my voice would get weaker whenever I would masturbate and watch porn. Then, I would go on a NoFap streak and my voice would get stronger. I never knew masturbating and watching porn would make my voice weak. Crazy stuff.

    Great post. Definitely motivates me to quit porn and masturbation for good.

    There is definitely some science behind it, as I was depressed once and too much stress my voice wasn't affected that much neither did nofap help. Maybe it's the histamine causing inflammation or something. I would be really thankful if someone explained the science behind it.
