Question about what is considered relapse [Please Read]

I started my streak again and I find that I’m always paranoid about what is a relapse.

Just now, whenever I walk I start to feel pleasure from my junk hitting the sides of my legs/underwear.

or when it happens when I know I have to get up or walk and am expecting it, even if pleasure is felt, is that a relapse?

Or when someone is watching tv, and I hear women’s voices. I can’t exactly remove myself, but being an overactive mind, I’m afraid I will start to fantasize.

Or seeing/hearing things that remind me of p at all.

is any of this a relapse?
