    Guys today i masturbate by watching porn pictures. I just fell very guilty and sad. From 5 march to 17 march i.e 12 day i didnt watch porn nor masturbate. In those days i realise life was awesome, i know axactly what am i going to do, and i have proper planning what to do or not to do. But today from nowhere i suddenly show a picture and goes on....
    I am again making my target this time i am planning for 30 days, any suggestion will be highly welcome.

    Around day 15-25 I always tend to relapse. It usually comes within the middle of the month. It sucks but I must keep pressing on.
