Road to 90 days

Hi,im new in the forum.It's been 64 days that i left porn,but in the begining i was masturbating without porn just natural imagination that has no relation with what i was sawing.and after 30 days or more i decided to quit M too.So i want to know if this has bad effects in my reboot or not? btw i accidentaly saw a nude scene,i was just watching a TV show and suddenly a naked women pop up from nowhere,i skiped immediatly .
