The feeling of beating an urge

    Beating and passing an intense urge has got to be one of the best feelings. I feel so at peace after beating this insane urge. Didn't even edge. I was aware that it was an urge and told myself that " it's just my brain wanting dopamine, it will pass soon" and before I knew it, it passed. Hope this can help someone.
