I am thankful to always be learning more and more about addiction and recovery.
I am grateful that reboot works!
I am thankful to be able to afford what many cannot.
I am grateful for the healing effect of laughter!
I am thankful that I am surrounded by good people in my life who care about my well being.

 

I’m grateful for good conversations.
I’m grateful for staying calm under pressure.
I’m grateful for controlling the sexual thoughts this morning.

 

Grateful for the improved relationship I have had throughout this journey, almost 2/3 there now!
Today I am grateful to have figured out a vegan diet that easily provides 100% of the essential amino acids I need to be healthy
Today I am grateful to have the mental and physical capacity to pursue new health goals!

 

I am grateful that I did not give in to the urge to PMO today.
I am grateful for good conversations that I've had with people on here.
I am grateful for the good mood I've been having these past few days.

 

Grateful this morning for:

1. Having made a decision to quit gambling forever
2. Last night out, approached multiple girls
3. Listening to Jocko Willink

 

I am grateful for just being alive and feeling awesome
I am grateful for going my journey with so many awesome people here
I am grateful for having dinner with my ex-bf tonight, we're still good friends

 

Grateful for:
•A good meeting at my parish last night, pointing the way forward.
•Physicians.
•Progress in making plans and decisions.

 

I’m grateful for seeing things clearly.
I’m grateful that I can learn from others.
I’m grateful I’m less concerned about being ‘right’ than I used to be.

 

I'm grateful for having been able to make an account on this forum.
I'm grateful for mints.
I'm grateful for being able to sit down.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For conquering another day.
2. For finishing some tasks today.
3. For feeling quite good considering the circumstances!
4. For coming online here and enjoying one session of 35 minutes of being active here. Was not online at all during the last two days.
5. For talking a lot with many of my friends today. It is good to see that I have so many loyal friends which I did not think I could count to be allied with me during bad times. Really like it!
6. For good music. I love listening to music.
7. For the many friends which I made here.
8. For being able to control my anger and my rage.
9. For being able to wish everyone to take care and to stay safe and sound!

 

I am grateful for my health and able to do workouts
I am grateful for being able to stay positive the past days
I am grateful to be here, i love this community and the awesome people in it !

i am grateful for brekfast with my friends today, it was so sweet to see everyone and to see they were happy to see me.

I am grateful for following things today:

2. For conquering another day.
3. For the high level of support, I get from everyone.
4. For this day today, it was long and exhausting but also really productive!
5. For the fact that I am finally going to go to the gym on the morrow!
6. For looking forward to the next day.
7. For the two presentations which I am going to hold on the morrow!
