Yay I have hit 70 days

    Yay I have hit 70 days today. Almost just relapse due wet dream but manage to make myself wake up.. still abit low motivated from time to time.. I must make a note to myself I should not count the days as much as my mind could be tricking me because I think my brains intention is make me hit 90 day goal and then say yes you can go back to your normal routine... no I can’t let this damn addiction continue no more!

    Congrats man!! Once you hit those 90 days just make another 90 day goal, and so and and so on. Im here a year later free of P and I have never looked back. Keep up the good fight

    Lockdown has eased. Meaning shops are any other non essential has open up. My mind was tempting me today as no
    Know massage parlour has open up and it was tricking me again. I didn’t let this happen for sure. Hope I don’t slip up..
