The first step is to realize that porn is destroying you. Think of all the reasons why it is bad. You can't quit if you simply "love" it. But the important thing is that when you relapse is that you do not guilt yourself. In order to beat this thing the attitude you need to have when you relapse is just to say oh well and then move on. This is an addiction that has taken years to ingrain a pattern of destructive behaviours. Expecting to completely quit just after few attempts and because you have the will power is a bit unrealistic. You will need patience, hard work, dedication and perseverance. It is also near impossible to break an addiction such as this on your own without help. Good luck
