    So for a lot of years(even without porn) i have trained myself to stop my orgasms so i can last longer and sometimes i can last about an hour.99% of the time i do ejaculate eventually but im still stoping my orgasms and then trying to reach them again.


    How Bad is that???

    Agreed. I don't think is is repeated enough. I think the main reason so many people relapse is because they still fantasizes and dwell on sexual thoughts. For my reboot I've committed to basically being a eunuch.
