    Hello community,

I am really tired of the situation I am living in.
I'm just 17 but I am already afraid of me wasting my lifetime for nothing.

My willpower is definitely not being challenged enough to do a good job in everyday life - so I need to find ways to train it.
PMO is a very big distraction factor - it gives you instant gratification in a world where real success has to be earned with very much effort.
I need to remove this habit and simultaniously get on track of working on my goals (and dreams, in the long run).

I want you to know that you should not ever procrastinate any important things - develop a habit of doing the unpleasant things first.

In this journal, I am going to give you insight into my streak (I will add a list of my achievements into my signature) and describe if my situation in life gets better.
Feel free to join me here, nobody wants to fight alone.

Also, I'd really appreciate it if you shared your own experience and motivation tricks!

But enough talk, let the journey begin...

Here comes my first package of challenges:
Their purpose is to strenghten my willpower so I can get on the next level.

    []read daily for 30 minutes
    []always keep my environment clean
    []noPMO (of course)
[]go to the gym four times a week
[]avoiding time waste in general (I will explain this more detailed later)

    Me personally
    1. Get over my social anxiety (actually talking to girls face-to-face, confidence boosters, etc.)
    2. Start taking martial arts again
    3. Don't waste money, or time
    4. Trust in God more
    5. Study new philosophies, become wiser
    6. Of course, NO PMO!! (Gotta reach that 180 day mark while shooting for the heavens!)

    Thanks, mate :)
Almost every point of your list is definitely I want to achieve too , but at the moment I start thinking small, then go bigger with time

Forgot to post on Sunday. Monday's a better day than any I guess.

I woke up with a rager this morning, and my dream, though I won't share it, was so good i almost relapsed! Over three months and I almost had a relapse..thinking back to it, it seems pretty crazy. But I didn't which I am ultimately proud of.

Another thing that makes me happy, my dream wasn't porn related! It was just me and this girl I've been talking to finally having sex, which I think may be soon. Not only that but all day my member has had more sensitivity, whichI think means my PIED is going away! Thats makes me happy, but ever since that day I've been hit with this curse I swore to myself I'd do what I need to get rid of it.

Makes me even more proud I didn't give in this morning. Stoked I've gotten this far, seeing brighter days ahead of me.

As for me , I lived those 2 days with barely any urges and seemed to have increased productivity, as far as that is possible during summer holidays :)

I am still not sure if should get in cold showers?
I feel like it could definitely strengthen the willpower , so to say , has anybody any useful advice on that topic?

Well anyway, I successfully stick to my diet plan and will go to the gym tomorrow morning .

So far, everything is pretty okay.
Though I am still not sure how to handle my social anxiety ..
