So i start to drink or to smoke. Which will just make me feel more lonely....

There are more bad days than good days in my life.

First, cut out the drinking completely. That is just my opinion. Alcohol will ALWAYS lead you back to your old ways...

Next, go out and make something. ANYTHING... Create any little thing that you get enjoyment from.

The days you can make something, those are the best days for me...

    Hello man,
The truth is that people will not be interested in you till you come out of that trap. The key is in your hand, in my opinion, in your case, you should stop drinking once for all in order not to have an other addiction. Otherwise we all suffer from moments like that. It happens to feel ourselves lonely even in a crowd of people. So tell yourself this gonna be transitory till you're trying to socialise with people.

It takes practice, Brother, like anything. I agree with the others about not drinking. Take this one step at a time. Just start talking to people. Initiate conversation. Believe me, it gets so much easier. I was painfully shy when I was younger, but now I can talk to anyone about anything. It took time, though. Like this terrible addiction of ours. One step at a time. Peace.
