    Hello to all of you. I'm 33 years old, married, no kids. My longest abstinence from fap was 4 days. I'm addicted to porn since 10 years old. I just can't help myself. Its a drug. I was also smoking, but I managed to quit. I guess I have ambition but not enough. Thank you for accepting me here!

    Hello! Thank you again for accepting me here. I don't have any strategy against this PMO. I'm currently researching this forum. But any advice is welcome.
