    I am at a loss as to how to escape this. I have struggled with this for many years. I want to change - for the better.

    Thank you D.J. - I've have tried so many different strategies for so many years, I do not know what to do anymore. Right now, I have a list of reasons why I should not. I have been studying them each day to reinforce why I hate this. Of course prayer is a big part for me as well.
