Morning Wood

    Do any of you have certain tips to avoid morning wood. It seems like every morning I tend to touch myself unconsciously every morning and its definitely not helping with the streak. This is harder than I thought........

    Just get out of the bed and it is gone in less than 2 minutes.

    And morning wood is not your enemy, it's a good sign.

    I don't know for how long you have been addicted to porn, but if you are like most people here you are going to miss that morning wood.
    When I start my streak during the first 7 days morning wood is a normal thing, after that I go into flatline and I am left with the dead dick for the next couple of weeks, maybe even months? Never made it to the other side, 45 Days was my best.

    It took me awhile to learn to avoid touching myself in bed, and challenging because I sleep nude and on my back. When I have an erection I make sure to keep my hands at my sides or under my thighs if necessary. I caught myself last night. I started touching myself while half asleep but I stopped. Keep resisting urges when you're conscious. It will take a bit longer for your subconscious to learn.

  7. To avoid morning wood stay out of the men's locker room during the a.m. Get it!!

    Pre-NoFap I was constantly touching my dick which probably led to me fapping so much. I'm talking daily touching, not including masturbating. Why? I have no fucking clue. But since I've been rebooting that behavior has totally changed. Only touch when I'm washing, pissing or adjusting. So the habit will get broken. Just hang in there. Let that last fly bro! It will go down as you go about your morning routine.

    Morning woods can be annoying, BUT it's a great sign that your penis is healthy and that your testosterone level is good. I would ride it out till it subsides....

    What really is ANNOYING? If you have constant erections all day, I had them the first few days after stopping no PMO. That was annoying. But it's all the part of a healing process

    Literally a circular lock you put around the shaft of the penis with a padlock to secure it. If you become erect the lock clamps downs on your penis to prevent the erection or it hurts like hell from the pressure. You also obviously can't whack with it on. It's used in BDSM play mostly but I've seen posts in here where severe addicts who feel they can't control themselves at all use them. This is an absolutely last resort not a first option. Would I wear one? No. You don't anybody losing the key

    I'm not sure what day I'm on now, but morning wood seems to be harder than normal, almost painfully hard. But it was gone right after peeing. I had to do a handstand to pee though. JK. I also find myself subconsciously playing with my balls a lot - like on the phone. Never used to do that.

    That's the reason why I stopped wearing briefs/boxer briefs. Now only boxers. Boxers help.

    Waking up with wood is a sign that your testosterone is at a healthy level. It's nothing you should worry about. If you want to make it go away in the morning or any other time flex a muscle for up to 60 seconds.
