    Hey guys, just masturbated earlier today after a week of nofap and I decided that I'm going to need a lot more help on this.

    I really want to stop masturbating and as a christian the guilt can be horrendous. My partner (not wife) is encouraging me on but I still do falter at times.

    Glad to know that such a forum exists! Hoping this will work out fine!
