What will you reward yourself with if you make 30 days nofap?

I made it 30 days. I will reward myself with another 30 days.

 

It's a hard thing to stop cold turkey, espicially because scarcity is a powerful motive. I would suggest trying toprevent yourself from accessing porn i.e limiting your phone usage, don't use computer if you don't need to etc.

 

Omg dude I wish I had the money to reward myself with a Phone just easy like that. I haven't thought what should I reward myself with, i don't feel like it's my personal biscuit. Anyway I think the best reward I could get is tons of joy when i manage to get in a healthy relationship.

to me my best reward would be the satisfaction of this goal accomplished I rather be 30 days free of pmo than 1000 dollars or whatever I can buy with that much ...just knowing that I made it this far would be the best reward ever ..knowing that I am getting control over this monster is better than any thing money can buy
