29, gay, and porn addict

    I started watching porn since I was 16 years old. Since then, I would masturbate while watching porn almost everyday or whenever I am bored. I lost my virginity only this year. During my first time, I was not able to finish because I was not hard the whole time. The second time was successful but it took me a lot of time and effort to ejaculate. After that, I realized that I can't get hard with no porn and that I need an intervention. I haven't ejaculated for three weeks now, but still watch porn every now and then and masturbate a little. Also, I had sex 4 days ago but wasn't able to ejaculate. Today, I am fully determined to get serious and hopefullt cure my addiction by the end of this year. Let's help each other!

    Thank you for sharing your experience. You are not alone, you are now a part of a family of people dealing with the same issue. I'm new as well, but have found support here already.

    Remember, progress not perfection - and get involved here. Speaking only for myself, I find this group is like any, some are friendly and easy going and others are a bit particular. But, then, again isn't that the case for every group of people?

    This is called edging and it's worse than masturbation (it still bomb your brain with dopamine). You need full stop when it goes about PMO.

    I try to keep myself very busy, spend more time with friends and go to the gym!
