Its hard but I won't quit

    I think its not a fully success story. I am writing this to know you all how I became mad after stopping masturbation. After I stopped it was good for 3 days. I stopped masterbution but watched porn since yesterday I just controlled today and not watched porn. In these days nearly every 5 minutes my mind is thinking about sex,masturbation and porn really am going mad because of these sexual thoughts. Now I came to know that how addictive I am towards this dark world. And I decided to hold PMO for 90 days to come out of this dark world.When sexual thoughts comes in my mind am coming to Nofap and reading the stories it helped me in this short period but I want to continue to 90 days. Never ever give up..

    I feel for you man. At the beginning it's hard. It's the same for everybody in different levels (I myself experience the madness less). It's about admitting your weakness and that you fucked up your previous life. Only after the acceptance of failure will you grow stronger because you picked yourself up, again, all by yourself. You deserved a highfive for that!
