I am grateful to go to a concert tonight with my dear friend
I am grateful to come back to do karate
I am grateful to feel alive again

 

1. I'm grateful for the free supplements I was sent to review on my YouTube channel.
2. I'm grateful for a clearheaded weekend since I've decided to avoid alcohol for a while.
3. I'm grateful for having written the first 2 pages of a fiction book. I wanted to get started writing something, and didn't have any ideas, but I just started writing and now a really good idea has come to me.

 

I am grateful for the ability to love and feel loved.
I am grateful for trees.
I am grateful for the accomplishments of those before me.

 

Today I am grateful for:-

1. Being alive.
2. My mother who has come through for me over the past 3 months of ill health.
3. My large cuddly and fluffy cat who is a beautiful purr factory and a great friend.
4. The 2 other neighbouring feline friends who spend time with me and make me smile.
5. Having a roof above my head and food in my belly.
6. Living in a free democratic and largely safe country.
7. These NoFap forums.
8. Music in all its forms.
9. Beautiful women with happy faces and gorgeous smiles.
