    Hey everyone, starting day 3 for me here. Woke up yesterday with a gripping kink in my neck, must've slept wrong or something, hasn't happened in a long time. Did a lot of stretching to try and get it to relieve. A long hill climbing bike ride helped. Could've been a blessing in disguise to distract me from any urges. Still feel a little though. Anyway, feel fairly steady this morning, hope this focus holds all day. Strength and determination to everyone holdin' true to this path. Gratitude to you all for any support given to others in need here, I know I feel better seeing anyone liking my posts. Thank you.
