I relapsed for 3 months

    So i was doing my longest streak 33 days and then at june I relapsed and since then I hardly made 2 days without fapping and some days i fapped 2 - 3 times .

    Well that stops now I am back and I ll make 90 days this time . Today i become 20 years old and i intend to change a lot of things in my life .

    That sounds great. Success requires the right mentality, and it sounds like you've got it. Implement all the necessary tools (filters, accountability software, exercise, SA groups, lots of socializing, goal-setting, etc.), stay focused and positive, and I've got no doubt you'll succeed.

    You are not the only one who goes into porn binge after a good streak.
    Try joining this challenge and it might be easier to move forward with a community :)

    Thanks both of you for your advises and support :D . Regret and shame had their days nad with this community i think i can overcome this addiction .

    i'm in the same boat as you - been in a dark period and I can't get through a day. We got this - gotta lock down those tools.
