Lots of bullshit is fed in some posts. You gotta see through the fog. How does your penis magically shrink? You're just overthinking things.

 

It's the addiction playing tricks. It's saying if you don't PMO your penis will shrink you have to PMO look at it it's shrinking omg I have to pmo I can't let it shrink. To non addicts and those in recovery this sounds illogical because it is illogical and not good science. But an addicts brain is not logical. With my ex actually measuring it stepped him enough out of the addictive fog to see reality.

 

Do you want it healthy and functional tomorrow and for the rest of your life, or does it have to look long and strong today? Which is more important to you? You can panic and tug on it and relapse while you attempt to exert your control, or you can relax, temporarily ignore the shriveled raisin, and it will heal on its own.
